Research

When you are on the lookout for a new job, always remember to study our job advert closely along with reading about our different companies. In that way, you will have a much better chance of understanding the job position, our expectations, our house, and how it works, and you will get a better feeling about us and whether we are the perfect match for you.

Write an application

This is your opportunity to stand out from the rest of the candidates and make a great first impression. Use your chance to tell us who you are, what you will bring to the company, and why you are the perfect match for our team. Remember to emphasize the areas where your skills are the strongest, and what kind of colleague we can look forward to getting!

Add a bit extra to your application!

Why hide your beautiful face and great energy behind a piece of paper, when you have the opportunity to attach a personal video? We always recommend all candidates to attach a short video (40 sec – 1 min) where you briefly introduce yourself and thereby can add a bit extra to your application. We love these videos, and they really help us to obtain an impression of who you are!

Apply

When you have created an awesome application, and you are convinced that it will get our attention, send it! Remember to attach any relevant documents, examples of previous work, portfolios, school grades, etc. If you have any questions, feel free to send an email to [email protected] – then our HR department will return to you as soon as possible. 

OBS: It is important that we receive your application through our website and no other place according to the GDPR rules in Denmark. So be a champ and make it easy for both of us by sending your application through our website, thanks!

Screening process begins

We always review all received applications. Based on the screening process and our evaluation of each candidate, we decide on who to send an invitation and offer a job interview to. But don’t worry – we will get back to you no matter what! Usually, we don’t have an application deadline. Instead, we review and process the applications continually.

Job interview

Now it is your time to shine! Don’t miss it, so remember to always show up well-prepared and with a big smile on your face. During the interview, we focus on your personal and professional skills, qualifications, and how you present yourself and your abilities. 

Furthermore, we also focus on your expectations to the job, us, and our house as a workplace, and whether we see a perfect match with our values. Depending on the position, we may invite you in for more than one interview, and some interviews may involve casework, which you will prepare from home. Hence, it is important to read your job interview invitation carefully.
